ATS Automation is a leading global provider of state-of-the-art automation solutions, and our Scientific Products division is expanding its team. We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team in Gardiner, NY.
This role is responsible for testing of complete units to meet our customers' expectations. As a Test Technician, you will perform the selection of specialized test equipment setup calibration testing and troubleshooting of moderately complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
You will assist the Final Test Manager and Engineering to develop test specifications methods and procedures. You will also monitor progress, relay concerns, and provide status reports. Additionally, you will perform complex testing operations and complete all required documentation and graphs of testing to highlight areas for concern.
This is an excellent opportunity to work independently with moderate supervision. You will have good visual and manual dexterity, a strong understanding of related mechanics and flow control elements, and the ability to read complicated drawings, mathematics, handbook formulas, and a variety of testing and measuring instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform test equipment setup, calibration, and testing

Requirements:
- A.A. Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Vocational or technical training or equivalent required
- 2-4 years production or related work experience required
- Digital and/or analogue systems testing experience preferred
