JOB SUMMARY: |
As a crucial member of our Construction team, the Group Operations Supervisor holds significant responsibility for fostering the growth and direction of a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians. Anticipated to allocate 25-40% of time to supervisory duties, the incumbent will also engage in hands-on project work for the remaining duration. Supervisors will have the capability to design and engineer control system hardware and software programming based on project requirements. Additionally, they provide insightful analysis of building control and mechanical system performance as a complete systems and campus level. |

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: |
This position requires a combination of working in an office environment and routine visits to project jobsites up to 60% of working hours. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds more frequently is required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder infrequently. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included. |
