ATS Facility Services has an exciting opportunity for a Janitorial Account Supervisor to oversee our client sites located in Omaha and Lincoln.

Job Duties
- Participate in the set-up, and take-down of special events and post event clean up
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for all special events
- Track and record hours spent on each event
- Respond to risk management/emergency situations
- Attend all regularly scheduled meetings
- Complete and submit event hours in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate individual duties to staff in pre-event briefings, and continually monitor staff performance providing guidance when needed
- Enforce all venue policies and attend to guest issues
- Provide positive and friendly experience to all customers
- Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients
- Respond to any emergency that may arise in the building or on premises and provide thorough documentation of incidents
- Provide support and motivation to subordinates to meet the highest level of customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications
- Proven janitorial and custodial experience in commercial settings
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent customer service abilities to address client needs and concerns
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance procedures
- Experience with buffing and porter duties is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
