Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate/Office Admin to join our Superior Epoxy Supply team in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through quality service and product lines. Your ability to communicate clearly and engage with customers will be key to creating a positive shopping experience.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate the point of sale efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
- Experience with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing inventory and sales reports.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse customer base.

Sales Associate Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Team oriented mindset with flexibility to meet store goals and needs
- Results oriented
- Effective Written/Verbal communication skills
- Familiar with current computer technology
Other Desirable (but not required) Qualities:
- Knowledge of concrete/epoxy coatings
- Promote a mindset and attitude that enables efficiency, problem solving, and drives growth
- Bilingual
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 40 pounds, climb ladders without issue, and use pallet jack
Pay:
* We offer a base hourly range of $14.00 to $18.00/hour, negotiable depending on experience.
** Candidates must pass a background check and drug test **
