Responsibilities :
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include :
- Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
- Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.
- Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.
- Managing third party support
- Other duties as necessary
