Job Summary
ATS seeks a Level III Technician with VT, MT, PT, UT, and/or RT certifications to support our Richmond and eastern NC locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach classes, administer written and practical exams, and maintain certifications
- Perform material examinations according to procedures, codes, standards, and specifications
- Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and priorities
- Prepare written instructions and report examination results
- Work independently and support team members
Requirements
- Meet the minimum requirements of a Level III Technician
- Provide documentation of education, training, and experience in NDT methods
- Working knowledge of industrial environments and general manufacturing processes
- Effective communication with other departments and customers
Work Environment
- Wear safety equipment as required by the safety department
- Work in operating equipment and industrial environments
- Shifts up to 12 hours/day, 7 days/week, and moderate travel required
