- Repair & Maintenance: Address complex breakdowns and perform preventive upkeep, scrutinizing devices to identify and remedy malfunctions. Engage in intricate tasks like disassembly, adjustment, repair/replacement of parts, and system testing.
- Machining: Skillfully operate machinery such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders, and manage welding undertakings to fabricate and fix components.
- Control Systems Analysis: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and system configuration issues.
- Mentorship and Development: Support junior technicians and lead smaller teams, advancing your skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and self-paced learning.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree with a technical focus is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Preferable three to five years in a relevant industrial context, or successful progression through our Technician Program.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex schematics.
