Your Toolbox of Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a preference for an Associate's degree with a Technical focus.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience or equivalent advancement through industry training programs.
- Proficient in understanding and fixing electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems with basic and specialized tools.
- Flexibility to travel when necessary.
Daily Tasks: Building a Seamless Future
- Identify, source, and manage repair parts and supplies.
- Operate machinery such as lathes and grinders when needed, and perform welding tasks.
- Analyze control systems and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Engage in predictive maintenance practices to gather performance data.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
