- Expertly diagnose and suggest improvements for reliability enhancements.
- Facilitate and inspire precision maintenance practices.
- Lead predictive and preventative maintenance training sessions.
- Conduct and oversee Root Cause and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Drive alignment and KPI collaboration across teams.
The Expertise You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or proven equivalent experience.
- A strong background of five or more years in reliability.
- Advanced capability in RCA, FMEA and a host of reliability tools.
- Technical mastery in electrical/mechanical domains.
- Proficient in communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Additional Valued Expertise:
- Aspirational leadership interest and experience in advanced diagnostic analysis.
- Familiarity with regulations and certifications such as infrared or ultrasound technology.
