What will you be doing?
- Mechanical & Electrical Expertise: Dive deep into breakdown and preventive maintenance while designing equipment enhancements. Bring your electrical and mechanical prowess to troubleshoot on-site mechanical and electrical systems, paving the way for streamlined production lines.
- Systems Analyst: Decode intricate software and hardware configurations by programming and troubleshooting sophisticated control systems.
- Predictive Maintenance: Employ advanced predictive tools like infrared thermography and vibration analysis to assess equipment conditions proactively.
- Champion of Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for process improvement and cost conservation using refined CI strategies and tools.
- Resource Specialist: Evaluate and source necessary equipment parts while proposing innovative solutions for enhanced reliability.
- Machinery Maestro: Master and execute various machining operations, including welding as needed.
- Innovator & Trainer: Research cutting-edge methods and impart knowledge and skills to budding technicians.
Qualifications & Proficiencies:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Technical Associate's Degree preferred.
- 7 years of industry experience with a tech focus or 10 years of overall experience.
- Skilled in predictive technology, understanding complex mechanical, electrical, and fluid control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in PLC Programming, CNC Machines, and industrial automation environments.
- Travel for work may be required.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma is advantageous.
