You’ll monitor devices to uncover root issues, actively dismantle and repair equipment, and perform system tests to keep everything running smoothly. The role requires:
- Proficiency in identifying and acquiring parts, supplies, and repair items independently.
- Capability to conduct industry-standard maintenance and operate machinery for tasks such as lathing, drilling, and welding.
- A commitment to 5S and housekeeping best practices.
- Participation in Continuous Improvement initiatives alongside recording results within a CMMS framework.
- Analyzing and resolving control system issues through cutting-edge predictive technologies.
- Supporting junior colleagues and leading small project teams.
- Active involvement in self-development and technical programs.
- Adherence to comprehensive safety standards and policies.
Your profile:
- High School Diploma or GED, ideally supplemented by an associate degree and significant industry experience.
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, fluid, and control systems with fault-detecting and fixing capabilities.
- Proficient in using an array of tools.
- Availability for travel as necessary.
