Core Duties

• Identify mechanical flaws and root causes of machinery problems through keen observation and hands-on assessment.
• Source and replace defective components with precision, contributing to the smooth operation of our machines.
• Utilize fundamental and advanced machinery such as lathes and grinders, enhancing our production capabilities through your skilled craftsmanship.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement projects, leading the charge towards efficiency and efficacy.
• Offer consultative support to fellow technicians, particularly in troubleshooting control systems and other complex issues.
• Gather data through predictive technologies, fostering a data-driven maintenance approach.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or equivalent with additional technical training preferred.
• Possess a deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid, and power control systems capable of performing insightful repairs.
• Efficient in the use of hand tools and specific machinery pertinent to job requirements.

Conditions

The role is physically demanding with tasks that include standing, climbing, and lifting in a high-volume, factory setting where conditions may occasionally be extreme.
