Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and solve equipment issues by examining and replacing parts, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated tools like lathes and grinders, even showcasing your welding talents when needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while engaging in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Keep meticulous records and analyze trends using our CMMS.
- Quickly troubleshoot control systems, ensuring hardware and software are always up to par.
- Adopt and utilize forward-thinking maintenance practices powered by predictive technology.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, working collaboratively to foster an engaging and informative workspace.
What You Bring:
- A solid foundation marked by either a High School diploma and GED, or a Technical Associate degree coupled with sufficient industry experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical setups, and the ability to execute repairs and solutions logically.
- Proficiency in working with both standard and specialized toolsets.
- An eagerness to embrace possible travel opportunities.
Work Life:
- Prepare to stand, walk, and handle physical challenges regularly, from reaching high places to lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Function efficiently in a high-noise, factory setting, requiring excellent focus and vision skills.
