Your Mission: To champion maintenance efficiency through meticulous scheduling and planning.
Your Daily Adventure:
Evaluate and Plan: Analyze non-urgent requests, define work scopes, and inspect sites to map job specifics. Estimate and Prepare: Forecast necessary labor, toolsets, and time to complete projects safely and effectively. Gather and Verify: Compile technical data, ensuring part availability and arranging specialized tools as necessary. Organize and Prioritize: Triage work order backlog to focus on top-priority jobs, ensuring an 80% Ready Backlog. Facilitate and Communicate: Conduct regular meetings with Production to align on priorities and update plans when needed. Schedule and Optimize: Develop labor schedules that fully engage technicians in planned maintenance. Improve and Train: Use feedback to refine job planning and CMMS training for employees.Your Toolbox of Skills:
- Technical associate degree with relevant planning or machine repair experience.
- Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding communication prowess and relationship-building skills.
