Your Role:
As a Student Success Advisor, you will be the driving force behind student engagement, academic persistence, and personal growth. You will provide personalized support to help students navigate their academic paths while fostering a sense of belonging and motivation. Your role will directly impact student retention, satisfaction, and overall success.
- Student Engagement & Retention: Foster a supportive, growth-oriented culture where students feel a sense of belonging and purpose. Implement proactive strategies to identify at-risk students and provide interventions to keep them on track academically and emotionally.
- Academic & Behavioral Support: Regularly review student progress, early alerts, and attendance to ensure academic success. Provide guidance on academics, social challenges, and personal concerns while coordinating support with faculty and student services.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and student success metrics to assess retention trends and implement data-backed initiatives that enhance student outcomes. Maintain and update student records to track progress and program effectiveness.
- Community Building: Promote student engagement through mentorship, student government initiatives, and social activities. Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration while upholding school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible work in student services or related student success programs.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions tailored to individual student needs.
- Skilled in organization and time management to handle multiple priorities effectively.
