Key Responsibilities:
- Development of project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Assist in managing the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
- Assist in contacting stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding all project details.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Assist in overseeing crossfunctional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. And ensuring that resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available and allocated effectively to project teams.
- Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring financial tracking and reporting.
- 1 to 2 years experience in a Assistant Project Manager position within a construction related field.
- Knowledge of pipe systems, components, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics helpful.
- Handson experience in welding and fabrication processes helpful.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations helpful.
- Must pass a preemployment drug test.
- Indepth knowledge of industrial welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction practices.
- Previous experience managing largescale industrial construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a zeroincident safety record.
