FULL-TIME SCHEDULER FOR ABA CLINIC

Thank you for considering a position with Autism Therapy Services! We are looking for individuals who have a strong interest and a passion to be around great people and especially our children on the Autism Spectrum. This position requires for you to be available either full-time just depending on the ad you are applying too. Our operating hours for in-home ABA services are Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm and for in clinic ABA services, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sundays 8am-4pm. Expectations

• Background preferred in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Strong communication skills with management, and employees.
• Experience creating, maintaining and updating work schedules for 50 or more employees.
• Experience with abrupt interruptions daily, receiving and documenting employee absences with scheduling updates throughout the day/week.
• Establish and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
• Demonstrates working in fast pace situations with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Demonstrates the ability to learn at a fast pace.
• Receives feedback in a professional manner.
• Willingness to be flexible throughout the work day to answer questions, and provide scheduling updates.
• Other related duties as required.
