Role Description
This is a full-time/hybrid role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Attain ABA. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis, implementing applied behavior analysis techniques, providing parent education, utilizing psychology principles, and managing behaviors. While the role is primarily located in Union, New Jersey, some remote work is acceptable
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Parent Education and Psychology knowledge
- Experience in Behavior Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement behavior intervention plans
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
