**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Residential Director to oversee multiple group homes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in management, scheduling, and working with individuals with disabilities. They will be proficient in time management, familiar with DDD regulations and required trainings, and have a proven track record in supervising staff.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of multiple group homes ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems for staff and residents.
- Ensure all staff receive necessary training and stay current with DDD residential requirements.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including performance evaluations and ongoing support.
- Foster a safe, supportive , and nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Manage budgets, resources and administrative tasks associated with the operation of group homes.
-Implement and monitor individual service plans (ISP) to meet the needs of each resident.
**Qualifications:**
-Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a residential setting for individuals with disabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of DDD residential required trainings and compliance.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
-Certification in CPR/FA and other relevant areas.
-Experience with DDD and budgeting and financial management.
