The Client Success and Social Media Specialist will serve as the bridge between client relations and marketing efforts. This individual will oversee client engagement during the admissions process while managing outreach strategies, including social media, to enhance the organization’s visibility and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources, providing compassionate and professional assistance.
- Guide clients and families through the intake and admissions process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline the client onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR) system and follow up with clients as needed.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design marketing materials such as newsletters, flyers, blog posts, and press releases.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including social media analytics, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with community partners and referral sources through networking events, digital outreach, and targeted campaigns.
- Partner with program managers to highlight success stories, promote new services, and drive community awareness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Serve as a liaison between the admissions and marketing teams to align client engagement efforts with organizational branding and outreach strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in marketing, client engagement, or a related field (behavioral health experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and client management tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
