Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Provide case management and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
- Educate clients and families about substance use disorders and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Licensure: Valid LCDC license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use counseling or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work within a team, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Competitive salary of $50,000 and $58,000 per year.
- 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and 5 days of sick leave.
