Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in configuring and optimizing Master Data Management (MDM) and data integration systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise data management and hands-on experience with tools such as Informatica, Boomi, and MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and optimize MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Boomi MDH) to ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality master data.
• Design and implement robust data integration workflows using iPaaS tools like Informatica, Boomi, and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective configuration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and MDM configurations, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.
• Conduct performance tuning and enhancements for data systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Document configuration processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data configuration and integration best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in enterprise data management and recommend improvements to tools and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• 8 years of experience in enterprise data management, with a strong focus on MDM and data integration systems.
• Expertise in configuring and deploying MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM and Boomi MDH.
• Proficiency in building and managing data integration workflows using Informatica, Boomi, and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling principles.
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Informatica, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
