About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products according to company and customer specifications while ensuring quality standards are met. If you have a strong mechanical understanding and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Duties:
- Assemble products following approved methods and company guidelines.
- Serialize and tag assembled products as required.
- Identify and suggest improvements to product design and assembly processes.
Quality Assurance (QA) Duties:
- Conduct leak and function testing on all assembled products before final inspection.
- Identify and report any issues related to product quality.
- Maintain strict adherence to company quality standards.
General Duties:
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with other shop duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
- Understanding of quality control standards and procedures.
- Ability to operate a forklift and forklift certified
- Knowledge of proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
