Job Title: Business Solutions Architect

AttainX is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Architect to support our technical team with designing and implementing scalable and innovative solutions for our client. The Business Solutions Architect will be responsible for capturing and understanding the business requirements and translating them into technical requirements that meet our client’s needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Strategic Solutions Consultant, experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements, and experience supporting the integration of legacy and modern systems for modernization efforts. The Business Solutions Architect serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that new technologies effectively streamline processes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Strategic Solutions Consultant.
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), including experience working in Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, and iterative development within large-scale enterprise modernization projects.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and workflow automation to support loan processing.
- Knowledge of loan management systems, financial regulations, and compliance standards related to government-backed farm loans.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies to support iterative development and deployment of modern solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to capture and assess business needs, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate back and forth between business processes and technical concepts.
- U.S Citizenship or Permanent Resident and ability to obtain and maintain and Public Trust security clearance.
Job Duties:
- Work with Federal Government clients to capture and understand their business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of technology solutions for modernization ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including program managers, business, and IT teams, to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and new features.
- Support the development and documentation solution architectures that integrate legacy systems with new technologies, focusing on scalability, security, and data integrity.
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders on the migration of data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption to service delivery and program operations.
- Support the creation of roadmaps, timelines, and process flows for modernization efforts.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
