Job Title: Rural Development Multi-Family Housing Subject Matter Expert

Location: Virginia Remote

Citizenship: US Citizenship Required

Temporary Seasonal: 30-hour consulting project

Salary: $110.00-$120.00 per hour wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX is searching for a talented Temporary Part-Time Subject Matter Expert to join our team supporting our USDA client.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 10 years of experience interacting with political or high-ranking officials. to implement objectives and policy goals.
• Must have prior leadership role in USDA Rural Development.
• Experience providing program and policy analysis.
• Background and experience interpreting legislation, program, policy, and other administrative documents.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.

Job Duties:

• Assist with Multi-Family Housing operation and planning matters, gathering information, and collecting documentation for policy development, investigations, and business process improvements.
• Conducts meetings concerning operations and planning procedures.
• Prepare documents and reports for meetings and interviews with program and policy officials concerning Multi-Family Housing planning and operations.
• Support Rural Development staff in analyzing business processes to help improve Multi-Family Housing operational efficiencies and program delivery.
