AttainX is seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our team. As a Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Tableau reporting solutions to support data visualization and analytics needs. If you have 3-5 years of experience as a Tableau Developer, a strong background in Tableau reporting framework, development, and enhancements, and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights, this role is perfect for you!
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years of experience as a Tableau Developer, preferable in a data-driven environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Tableau reporting framework, development, and enhancements.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop.
- Experience with data modeling, data blending and data aggregation techniques in Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful visualizations.
- Must have SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Experience working independently and taking initiative.
- Security Clearance – must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Collaborate with business analysists and stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and translate them into Tableau solutions.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop, adhering to best practices and data visualization principles.
- Implement, manage, and monitor security measures to protect IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Perform data modeling, data blending, and data aggregation to ensure optimal performance and efficient data exploration.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Tableau solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Continuously enhance existing Tableau reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs and user requirements.
- Optimize Tableau performance by analyzing and fine-tuning queries, data sources and visualizations.
- Work closely with data engineers and database administrators to ensure seamless integration and data quality.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Tableau functionality and best practices.
- Stay updated with latest Tableau features, enhancements, and industry trends and share knowledge with team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using Tableau or related tools.
