AttainX is in search of a highly qualified Project Manager with a background in marketing, public relations or emergency communications to support our Washington, DC based federal client. This work will require the successful hire to support development of project charters, report project scope, budget, schedule and deliverables progress and exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. The successful candidate must have experience working in an agile environment; tracking project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks; performing project risk assessment and implementation of mitigation plans; monitoring project activities; ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information. The candidate must also be comfortable with preparing for, attending, and presenting in meetings with high-ranking officers.
Must Have Requirements : Must possess a Master's (MA / MS) degree and ten (10) years of experience with Project Management procedures.Must have experience managing the financial goals as well as multiple program functionsExtensive experience managing relationships with clients, and providing quality service to stakeholders as well as end usersUnderstanding of marketing, public relations and outreachExperience working with Federal Programs is requiredPreferred Skills :
Ability to commute to client site for meetings in Washington, DCPossess a valid PMP Certification (or equivalent)Knowledge and understanding of Emergency Communications is highly preferredExperience working with both new and legacy mediaExperience working in an Agile environmentExperience using Monday.comDuties :
Will work to develop a strategic Marketing, Public Relations and Outreach plan to support the CISA's emergency communications and priority telecommunications effort.Directs day-to-day management of contract support operations, involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at various locationsOrganizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activitiesResponsible for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversightReports to Program Manager for project activities and Delivery Director for contract administrationProvide support to the following missions :
Integrated and Collaborative Communications PlanningPriority Telecommunications Services (PTS)Emergency Communications Interoperability (ECI) Ambassador program
