Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in facilities management, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires effective project management skills, as well as the ability to supervise and manage a team of maintenance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, machinery, and other facility equipment.
• Utilize logic controllers and voltmeters to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Fabricate parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution within budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance procedures and safety measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems and general maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in using logic controllers and voltmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising a team.
• Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
