  • Job Overview :

Attalla Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA you will be responsible for performing direct resident care duties in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care-plan. Assist with promoting a compassionate, physical and psychosocial environment, as directed and under supervision by your supervisors.

  • Position Details :

    • We have availability for

  • fulltime
  • 7a-7p) or (7p-7a)
  • Fulltime schedules are rotating days and weekends - to be off every other weekend.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Take vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Help patients with mobility and transfers
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
  • Document patient interactions and care provided in medical records
  • Qualifications :
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state. Must maintain a current certification in the state throughout employment.
  • Must achieve 12 hours on in-service education annually as required by federal regulation (as well as meet state requirements).
  • Must have the ability to read and write in the English language and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish your job.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
