Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with physical examinations and perform routine procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and dressing wounds
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Knowledge of dementia care principles and techniques
