What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Generalist position at ATTC Manufacturing?
ATTC Manufacturing has an opening for a Training Generalist at our Tell City, IN facility. Job responsibilities of this position include: 1) Training, testing and evaluating team members; 2) Assist in developing and revising training programs for team members including new hire orientation, on-the-job training and refresher training; 3) Identify training needs by observing and talking with team members on the production floor; and, 4) Maintain training records/
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ training experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, the ability to develop and revise training materials and must be proficient in Microsoft Office. In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to build rapport with all levels throughout the organization, have the ability to train and develop team members through positive motivation and be able to adapt to changes. The Training Generalist may have to work second shift for a time period each month and be able to travel to our Jeffersonville, IN location as needed.
