Job Description : As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Attend Home Care, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their health and well-being. Your responsibilities will include :
- Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress.
- Clinical Care : Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical tasks.
- Care Coordination : Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
