Patient intakes and admissions
Client supervisions and visits
Staff training and mentoring
Participation in QAPI/QMP activities
Requirements:
Active RN license in good standing
Home health experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
Reliable transportation and flexibility for field work
