About the Role: 

As our Implementation Specialist, you will be at the heart of deploying our cutting-edge software solutions.  This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and has a flair for effective communication.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage many projects at a time, work with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery. A background in project coordination, solution collaboration, and/or time and attendance we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications Required:                       

• Highly effective communicator in both written and verbal skills
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to instruct clients on tasks and goals
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Experience managing projects with short term and long term deadlines
• 2 years’ experience working in at least one of the following: a technical support environment, time and attendance industry, or technical implementation(s)

Qualifications Desired but not required:

• Highly aware of all Attendance on Demand products and services
• Knowledge of time and attendance principles, practices, and terminology
• Must be a Team player in a team-oriented workplace
• Working knowledge of basic computer functions, networking and internet browsers

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Way: Act as the primary point of contact for new business during the implementation process.
• Drive Projects: Set and manage timelines, ensuring each project stays on track.
• Enhance Processes: Maintain quality, uphold implementation standards, and proactively engage with team members to set priorities and achieve goals.
• Oversee Tasks: Manage both short-term and long-term projects, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful completion.
• Troubleshoot and Report: Address and resolve issues, report concerns, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Foster Team Spirit: Build a cohesive team environment, encouraging collaboration and effective communication.

Work will be performed in the state of Michigan, with some mandatory onsite/offsite meetings.
