The Autism Clinical Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of an assigned center as it relates to clinical and operational aspects. This position works with clinicians, technicians, the human resource team, support staff and members of the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities
Performing your role with a strong focus on customer service and leading by example with staff, peers, clients, parents / guardians, and payers. This role must recognize that everyone is a customer.
Managing all staff assigned to the center by providing leadership to assigned staff which includes on-the-spot coaching as well as completing 90-day, mid-year and annual performance reviews as well as delivering the disciplinary process as and when needed.
In addition, the Clinical Director is responsible for leading :
- Monthly staff meetings which include a mandatory training component
- Bi-weekly clinical meetings
- Monthly one-on-one meetings with direct clinical report
- Implementing and following quality monitoring processes to ascertain that clients are receiving services as outlined in their treatment plans.
- Managing CMH relationships at assigned locations and meeting all contractual requirements.
- Leading clinicians to meet deadlines for documentation submission resulting in accurate and timely billing of ABA services.
- Working with the management team, human resources team and support services to constantly focus on quality and the ability to grow while offering quality-based services.
