The ABA Center Regional Director is responsible for overseeing multiple ABA therapy centers within a designated geographic region, ensuring the effective delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of clinical care and operational efficiency. This leadership role involves managing both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving the growth and success of the region's centers. The Regional Director will collaborate with other leaders and other departments to achieve organizational goals and improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Quality and Effectiveness :

• Safeguard program quality across assigned locations, ensuring the billing requirement of 12 hours per week is met.
• Ensure program effectiveness through the implementation of established procedures in quality monitoring, client management, and staff retention.
