Duties
- Perform carpet cleaning using various methods, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning techniques.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective cleaning results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with other custodial duties as needed, including buffing floors and general commercial cleaning tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related environmental services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices, floor care techniques, and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
