Duties
- Manage daily operations of the nursing home and memory care facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to create an effective team environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure that all health-related needs are met in accordance with best practices.
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster relationships with residents, families, and the community to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility operations and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure that all staff are trained in best practices for long-term care and adhere to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
