Attentive Autism Care serve individuals with high magnitude challenging behavior and are full time ABA programs providing ABA therapy to children with complex behavioral needs. Colorado Behavior and Learning Group works with families with children with special needs to improve quality of life and access to their natural environments while utilizing ABA strategies.
Colorado Behavior and Learning Group is an independently owned and operated business run by BCBA’s. We currently provide ABA therapy to clients with a variety of diagnoses and ages in El Paso County and Denver, CO. Colorado Behavior and Learning Group works with many local entities including DHS to support and maintain children in their homes. We are seeking a BCBA experienced with providing ABA therapy to children with high magnitude behavior, or early intervention specialization for our Academy Center. This includes writing treatment plans and protocols, working directly with high needs clients when needed, training staff, and conducting weekly parent training with each client. At CBLG we believe in keeping caseloads small (8 clients or less) to maximize outcomes for our clients and families. We also offer flexible hours as well as health, dental, and vision options.
The leaders at Colorado Behavior and Learning Group value consistent and constant training in ABA strategies for all staff, team work including direct care staff, and continuously improving practices to best meet the needs of our community. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved by weekly direct contact with a BCBA/BCaBA, even when utilizing direct line staff.
BCBA Responsibilities/Job duties:
- Perform assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily autism
- Provide direct ABA during 1:1 sessions with clients
- Ability to independently run a case load of 6-10 clients to include direct sessions when needed, supervision, and parent training
- Provide supervision and over site of RBT’s
- Provide weekly or monthly parent training to families as needed or requested
- Maintain and monitor ongoing daily data collection
- Complete and evaluate programming and graphs updated within 2-4 weeks
- Attends monthly BCBA and RBT team meetings
- Attends monthly case overview meetings with clinical director
BCBA Requirements:
- current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing
- reliable transportation
- be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors
- be professional, self-motivated and energetic
- be able to pass a background check
- have current basic first aid and CPR

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year/ $45
