Scheduling/Recruiter Coordinator of program Services (Williamstown)

Scheduling/Recruiter Coordinator of program Services Primary Responsibilities are:

• Schedule appropriate employees to fill the client assignment, keeping close communication between the client and caregiver
• Scheduling Coordinator must call 15 clients a week to enquire about the quality of our services and if any changes need to be administered
• Recruit and onboard new clients from start to finish
• Work closely with the nurse on staff about the new client needs, etc.
• Ensure that the organization is in compliance with State and Federal requirements regarding service provision
• Will be on-call once a week and is responsible to address and resolve all service-related issues as they arise
• Ensure that client care is properly documented and recorded properly into the Scheduling system in HHA exchange and maintain an upkeep
• Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience scheduling for a home care agency
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must have at least one year experience scheduling with HHA exchange
• Must have experience answering phones while maintaining professionalism and patience within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving regarding to scheduling or any issues that arise in the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
