As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who need help with daily living activities due to age, illness, or disability. - Personal Care : Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Mobility Support : Aid clients in moving around their home or during transport, including assistance with walking, transferring from bed to chair, and using mobility aids.
- Medication Management : Help clients with medication reminders and ensure they follow prescribed medication schedules.
- Household Tasks : Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Companionship : Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversations and activities to enhance their social well-being.
