Attentive Care is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for an immediate start!
We are a successful and rapidly growing home healthcare company, employing healthcare professionals in home care and staff relief throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We are seeking a motivated HR professional to handle hiring processes. Job duties will include but not be limited to:
- phone screening applicants
- conducting interviews
- reference checks
- gathering required pre-employment medical information
- scheduling and conducting orientation
- community outreach for recruitment purposes
- internet based recruitment
- maintenance of recruitment advertising
- database maintenance
- clerical and administrative functions
ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS WELCOME! Applicants should be very efficient multi-taskers, as this is a fast paced position. Must have a polished, personable demeanor as well as grasp of proper grammar and enunciation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST, bilingual applicants a plus! Qualified candidates will be comfortable working with a diverse demographic.
This position is in person at our Babylon office location.
