Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant who is highly organized and responsible. He/she must be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. The Office Assistant will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task. This position requires the candidate to be dependable, reliable and able to accept directions from ACSA managerial staff. The position is Monday-Friday and flexibility for attending company sponsored events.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
- Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents
- Prepare information and research for office staff
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies
- Organize client files per state regulation
- Track and input client data
- Organize and setup materials/conference room for meetings and training sessions
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior office assistant or customer service experience is preferred but will train
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Shift: 9am-3pm
Salary : $14 - $15
