We are seeking to hire an energetic administrator to oversee the office operations of our home health care company. Responsibilities are not limited to the managing all aspects of the agency office in accordance with federal, state, accreditation and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED Home Health Care Office experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi task and prioritize required.
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology required.
  • Friendly, warm and professional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, effective, efficient
  • Reliable, team player
  • Must be able to work after hours and weekends for on-call purposes
  • Responsibilities:
  • (Not limited to the following)
  • Promotes the mission and vision of the company based upon the principals/values established.
  • Communicates regularly and effectively with staff through verbal and written modalities including group and individual meetings.
  • Works collaboratively with team members from other agencies, departments and corporate office in furthering goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Adhere to and ensure workflow processes are followed and maintained to ensure the office functions are performed efficiently.
  • Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, monthly functions of: data entry visit verification, medical records, physician order tracking, reporting.
  • Performs insurance verification on all referrals as required by the payer.
  • Assist with billing, and coding
  • Coordinate and resolve claim related paperwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Office management: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $19
