Customer Experience Strategy: We believe that every customer has his or her own unique experience and journey through the brand. This candidate looks at each journey individually, creating and developing experiences that feel personal and unique — across sales, gifting, outreach methodology, and more.
Sales Strategy: The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to sales; seeking to build and maintain an excellent client book using CRM techniques. This candidate must ensure that every customer interaction in the showroom is a positive and memorable experience. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Monitor sales performance and provide weekly reports to senior management.
