Reporting to the Director of Sales (National or Regional), the Associate Regional Director of Sales oversees a team of Sales Inspectors, translating marketing and call center activity into revenue-generating opportunities to achieve sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site, not remote
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $125k
Pay Structure: Salary Commission (% from sales revenue)

Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Sales (National or Regional), the Associate Regional Director of Sales oversees a team of Sales Inspectors, translating marketing and call center activity into revenue-generating opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Manages facility sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and deployment.
- Reports sales KPIs to the Director of Sales and personnel evaluations at predetermined intervals, providing risk-mitigation strategies when goal divergence occurs.
- Provides insight to the Director of Sales for local sales strategies, promotions, marketing campaigns.
- Collects, evaluates, and coordinates lead activity after handoff from corporate call center.
- Assigns leads to PMs and coordinates scheduling of lead activity with the Office Administrator.
- Audits proposals, reviews lead/crew notes, Monitors and ensures project management standards are being met by PMs
- Verifies closing paperwork and financing documentation to coordinate collections activity.
- Maintains customer service standards, quality assurance, and positive customer reviews.
- Secondary point of contact for client relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Acts as a temporary fill-in/replacement in the absence of RDOS or Project Managers.
- Oversees the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of sales team vehicles.
- Manages inventory of inspection supplies, marketing collateral, and devices.

- Minimum of 7 years of proven sales management experience
- Solid sales and managerial experience in home improvement or relevant industries
- Clean driving record within 7 years (Be able to drive a company vehicle)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
