Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Sales, the Canvassing Manager oversees a team of regional canvassers responsible for executing door-to-door marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Builds Canvassing Team and Manages Morale and Retention
- Oversees Daily Canvassing Operations.
- Trains/Coaches Canvassing Team
- Manages Canvassing Schedules and Territories.
- Monitors and Tracks Lead Generation Performance.
- Analyzes Market Trends and Adjusts Canvassing Strategy.
- Tracks and Manages Inventory of Canvassing Materials and Equipment.
- Builds Brand Awareness.
- Ensures Legal/Regulatory Compliance and Quality Standards.

- Collaborates with Sales and Marketing Teams.

You must have/be…
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in door knocking, canvassing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position
- Outside sales/closer experience will be a strong plus.
- Experience in developing a canvassing team from the ground up.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and retain a team of canvassing professionals.
- Experience in training and coaching employees to meet performance goals and standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple territories and scheduling for canvassing operations.
- Experience with activities and strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and recognition in local markets.
- Ability to monitor and analyze lead generation performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- Knowledge of CRM software or canvassing management tools to track leads and team performance.
- Ability to manage internal communications with stakeholders, including reporting on performance, adjusting strategies, and relaying key information to the sales and marketing teams.
