Attic Salt is seeking a highly-motivated, passionate individual who is currently en route to growing their career in the retail industry to be a brand leader as our Store Manager.
Store Manager
The Store Manager is expected to assume a business ownership-type role which will ultimately hold responsibility and accountability for the effective completion of daily operations of the store as well as the longevity and sustainability of the business at hand. As the team lead, the Store Manager will be in charge of effectively hiring, teaching, training, and coaching a team with the objectives of achieving sales goals, meeting visual merchandising standards, team development, and delivering operational excellence. Furthermore, the store manager is expected to comprehend and deliver sound sales results by displaying competency of sales data analytics and executing a business plan accordingly to achieve store sales objectives. The Store Manager must embody our mission and reflect Attic Salt's core values in order to provide a worthwhile experience that is both positive and rewarding for all Attic Salt team members, customers / guests, and the overall needs of the business.
