Job Description
Attica Motorsports is a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop looking to hire a strong, experienced Service Assistant Manager or Manager. A highly qualified, motivated candidate needs to run and manage the technician shop with the goal of producing tech efficiency and profitability. Commission and pay will be based on experience and abilities. A relocation package is negotiable.
Service Manager Responsibilities :
- Efficient and effective operation of the service department by delegating and overseeing work to technicians
- Promote and enhance customers' experience by providing operational standards and optimizing your time management
- Oversee the team of technicians in areas of optimizing time and productivitivity
- Coach and develop the service department through training to optimize the techs' understanding and knowledge
- Create the environment to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers in order to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Flexibility and understanding of scheduling work and stop gaps to schedule new jobs as needed for our technicians
- Other duties as assigned
