Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Content Creation- Develop and post innovative content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics that align with the company’s strong standards of Family Morals, Business Morals, and Risk Management.
- Strategy Development- Collaborate with company leadership on social media strategy to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
- Social Community Management- Engage positively and enthusiastically with followers by responding to relevant comments, messages, and mentions, fostering brand loyalty.
- Analytics and Reporting- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics like reach, engagement, and impressions, providing insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Trend Analysis- Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and platforms with the goal of continuous improvement.
- Ad Campaign Design : Designing social media ads and contests, ensuring they stand out and are within goals and budgets.
- Consistency & Strategy : Ensuring all designs across different platforms maintain brand consistency and visual harmony.
- Other duties as assigned.
